Consider it a win at for hip-hop I guess. The movie inspired by the life and times of one the greatest rappers of all time, The Notorious B.I.G, came in at number four after a Fri-Sun appearance. The movie was bested by 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop' which took in 33.8 million and opened at number 1. I still say it is a good showing for B.I.G considering the top 4 movies took in over 100 million dollars which now-a-days doesnt happen often. Plus considering theater count the Biggie film was only in half the theaters that the number 1 movie was in so imagine if they shared the same amount. Stil havent seen it I will tonight more than likely.
